Our location IS your best bet for purchasing a pie (in terms of freshness). We start fresh every Monday, so the pies are available from Tuesday thru the weekend. We're usually here seven-days a week (although we post no hours) , and weekends here in Red Hook can be worth the trip.There is NO NEED to "reserve" a pie or place an order, just stop in and get what you need.
If you call and we don't answer the telephone, that does not mean that we're not here, it just means that we can't get to the telephone We try and stay open till 6:00 PM. Daily updates on store hours can be found on our Twitter page.
